EHO Form

Educational Enhancement Opportunities (EHO)

Families may request up to 10 school days per year for high-value educational activities outside school (such as intensive experiential learning or foreign exchange). Requests must be submitted on an EHO form and approved by the principal prior to the absence. Approved EHO days count as present. Please complete the form and email to Ms. Lisa Bailey and copy the principal. You can also send the completed form with your student in their daily folder.
